February 2013, Kiruna. A Volvo 240 is found abandoned in the middle of a snowy road. The driver's door remains wide open, and from within, the murmur of the radio is the only sound breaking the silence of the ice. Elena has vanished without a trace. Supported by local testimonies, the investigation focuses on a set of footprints leading into the woods, suggesting a voluntary encounter with someone she knew. However, a non-human trail discovered in the snow turns the case into a disturbing mystery. A visual reconstruction exercise that explores isolation and fear in the heart of the Swedish winter.
